1. Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please see our returns and refunds policy below.
2. Returns
- Physical Products: If you change your mind about a product, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is in unused and resellable condition (e.g., unopened packaging, no damage).
- Non-returnable items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for opened or used products (e.g., books, posters, and cards once packaging is opened).
3. Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued for products that meet the return conditions (unused, unopened, in original condition).
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Courses and Services (excluding NDIS sessions)
- You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the scheduled service for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the fee.
- No refunds will be provided for non-attendance without prior notice.
- If Baby Sign cancels or reschedules a service, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date at no additional cost.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including rights to remedies for major failures.
- Please refer to the separate NDIS Service Agreement for information relating to Terms and Conditions for any services or products provided under the NDIS.
5. How to Return a Product
- Contact us at [email protected] to request a return authorisation and provide your order details.
- Ship the item back to the provided return address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
- We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
